I'm on JSA and the last time I when to sign on I had a horrible panic attack (which I found it hard to control)

You shouldn't be claiming JSA if you're not looking for work.0

If your GP feels that you are not able to work and therefore can't job seek then they could give you a fit-note(was sick-note) and with that you could claim ESA.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Am not going to give you a morality rant ..... but!
I will give you abit of advice, that is dont sign off.
I have watched a family member be destroyed by anxiety and panic, the worse thing you can do is hide away from it. It wont be a pleasant experience but I would fight it head on. If you start to avoid situations that trigger your panic you will only re-enforce it and in the long run, will only make treatment longer and harder.
The best advice I could offer is, learn to breath when you are at your worse, stay dont run ( I know thats hard ) but stay and let yourself be afraid, it will eventually die down and each time you confront it, the fear will be less and less, till the point comes your as normal as anyother person in that situation.
If you dont fight it and hide away in a safe place just so you dont feel any fear, then you will end up agrophobic with no life.
Take your meds, go sign on, breath and maybe watch some youtube videos on relaxation. Remember the fear will die and pass. Tell the advisor at the jobcentre that you suffer anxiety, its not a crime. If you think its depression causing your panic then ask your Dr for anti-depressants.
But dont give into your fears.
Best of luck....0
