This is par for the course for EE. They changed the wording of the Ts&Cs for Orange customers without telling them and then used the new wording to tell customers that they didn't have a right to cancel after their price-rise.

When I made a complaint and asked to cancel as my Ts&Cs had changed, they're now blithely trying to argue that actually, the original terms still apply.

Definitely more of an issue than cheap chocolate bars.

Posted the link to the story onto the Facebook page of T-Mobile and was promptly banned by them.

Obviously ruffled some feathers, has this.

We have two phones in our house and we have heard nothing from T-Mobile about any increase.
So it beggars the question, are we obliged to pay ?

It might also be worth asking Ofcom why they went on record to say that they considered EE's actions in relation to the price increase to be reasonable (and as a result have misled customers regarding their cancellation rights), when CISAS have now found T-Mobile to be in breach of contract over customers' cancellation requests?

    Hi Everyone,

I've just had my resolution from CISAS.

They accepted that the letter was issued when the official figure was still 3.2%.

They requested T-Mobile to cancel my contract back to the day of the first claim without penalty and waiving all the charges until today.

    Happy Friday everyone!!!!

    Best
