We were the buyers in a similar position. Property was listed on RM friday midnight, we viewed on Saturday by knocking at the door. Veendor verified our IDs by speaking to EA first though. We made an asking price offer there and then! It was such an unMSE thing to do but we fell in love it befor we stepped beyond the hallway.
Our 1st offer was rejected as it was listed under a range of 'offers between'. On Monday we raised our offer to within 94.6% of the higher limit and it was accepted. We did not want the planned open house to go ahead a week later hence our offer to guarantee no more viewings. I think the buyer(in love with your house) is in a weaker position in this case.
