Hi I received mine in the end, in fact there must have been crossed wires as I sent so many emails and I received two :j hi don't have the email address anymore but the person to email is Linda Kirk. I posted her email on the hot deals site so send her a message and hopefully she'll get it sorted asap

I finally rang the promo company & spoke to a bloke who said they'd had problems. He took my details & promised to post me a spare t-shirt directly rather than me having to faff around with the Express even more.
Hope it arrives soon...honestly, what a palaver...
