    Morning all OSers :)D

Beautiful day here in the Forest borders :)

So far the washing is out, another load in the machine, some handwashing in sides partially swiped.
Need to go down in asec put the BM on. Oh still snoozing

Todays plan is cleaning really. We have our mid term inspection on tuesday, so all needs to be ship shape ( should be fun)

Off for wander round to another road, as theres another house come up for rent and I in my wisdom am thinking about moving ( OH does agree) although neither of us can really be bothered to move, I do want a garden thats useful - this one is completely shaded adn easy facing and my plants are not doing that well. Is that a good enough reason to move ? I think i have romany stock :D if we do move I think this will be my 41st house ( im 29) although many of my moves were courtesy of my parents  they instilled it in me :p We did go and try to find the rd yesterday but I didnt take the map :wall: so we will do it again today. it is further away from the forest though which is the downside.

Dinner is HM burgers on HM rolls with salad from the garden and some remnants of ovenchips from the freezer. trying to keep a lid on spending this week.

Otherwise today is cleaning & tidying, general administration, trying to sort out what is happening with madrid ( sourcing hotels & the travel to bournemouth) and having everything in place to book next week,. might try & pop tp the library to get a lonely planet or something for the maps.

Got some films to watch from love film this evening after these are done, Im cancelling it again, we dont get our moneys worth out of it at the mo, we are just too busy.

Ive set my hours for work so im really pleased I got the shift I wanted 8-4 for 2 weeks then 9-5 for the next week. Should mean I can get into a nice little routine and any supermarketing can be done after work instead of wasting my satrudays in the scrum.

Anyway, im rambling again, so have a happy OSing day everyone

    Lynz

    Hi,

Mrs Mix - Hope u feel better soon
Smoky - Hope the patient responds quickly to the medicine
Ladygrim - Sorry it didn't work
    Pen-Pin - wife swapping??? lol

Welcome to Herbaholic and Sugaris n gr8 2 hear from GQ and Lynzpower

We went and looked at 4 dogs yesterday and have chosen one which I will hopefully be able to bring home on Monday/Tuesday. He's an English Bull Terrier crossed with smthing and is 11 months old. We played with him for ages and I did things like tugging on his tail to see whether he reacted and getting the kids to give me cuddles when I was playing with him to see if there was any jealousy but he was just playful. He just rolls over and wants his belly tickled or wants to play. Now we're just debating a name and I've got to get a dog basket, leads, collars, toys, bowls and food as cheaply as poss coz chucked mine all out when I moved:eek:

Queenie - thx for the sardines link, I'm going to attempt somthing later - not quite sure what though:rolleyes:

DDs have got dancing show dress rehearsal from 1-5 this afternoon so the master plan is to [STRIKE]blast the radio and get house spick and span [/STRIKE]and everything ready for 2moro as quickly as poss so I still get to [STRIKE]watch sm of Eastenders[/STRIKE];)

So far today I have moved the 'through' lounge around completely:D . I've dismantled and moved pc (and its working!!!;) ) and desk to the front window and the 3 piece to the complete other end of the rooms:eek: . It made room to bring in the chair from under the stairs so that the dogs basket can go there. Any ideas on names??? DD1 immediately said she wanted to call it Daniel which I though was gr8 - however, I don't want to be stood in the park shouting 'Daniel':rotfl:

I'm going to do [STRIKE]DD's a lunch box [/STRIKE]each to take to dancing rehearsals and[STRIKE] start on lunch [/STRIKE]coz I want them to [STRIKE]eat at about 12.[/STRIKE] While [STRIKE]lunch is cooking [/STRIKE]I'm going to take the big bag of [STRIKE]cleaned clothes up n sort them out [/STRIKE]with a cup of strong coffee and hollyoaks:D

    Lunch - sausage/cheese pasta
Dinner - roast chicken, mash, roasties, cabbage, carrots

I've told DDs the tv's not working and they've been happily playing in the sunshine for about an hour now!! If they come in I'll get them to help with the housework:rotfl: I'm an evil mother:rotfl:

I didn't make the banana cake so thats still on the todo list as is the [STRIKE]hoovering [/STRIKE]and the mopping:eek:

Hope every1 has a gr8 day n ((HUGS)) to all those who want/need them.

    Luv Jxx

    Morning everyone:wave:

Spent yesterday at the market, got massive bag of tomatoes for one pound so I am going to make some tomato sauce for this weeks dinners and some for the freezer.

Stocked up on chicken/mince etc for the freezer too, brilliant market much cheaper than the supermarkets.

Not much OS being done today, I am at work soon all day, tonights dinner is chicken curry cooked yesterday.

Looking foward to day off tomorrow, have loads of cleaning and decluttering to do though, seems never ending and hope to get out in the garden to plant some of my young plants and veg.

    Have a good day everyone:D

Good morning. Another beautiful day here in Wiltshire. Didn't manage to take the kids out on their bikes yesterday as it started raining just as they were getting their helmets on -typical!! So that's going to happen straight after lunch which will be salad for me even though OH is despeerately tryingto get me to have a fry up but after last nights huge dinner and chocolate I will be good today.

GR - the garden centre sounds divine but my two kids don't appreciate it sadly. Maybe I'll pay it a trip later in the week as I fancy getting a large herb pot and some fresh herbs.

Hugs to everyone who needs them and love to all!!

    Have a fabulous day!!

    Good Morning All

Woke up with a bangin head ache, took some pain killers, but its not easing.
OH tackled the weekly shop with DS in tow.
Ive put the lamb in the oven, and just prepped all the veg.
Its usually housework day, but unless I feel better, I wont be doing a great deal, I will see how much OH helps out! He usually does, so cant really have a moan at him

OH just taken DD to replace her inner tube in her bike.

Charlie had a great night. And currently asleep on the bottom bunk bed in DS room, I have introduced the other cats to him, and apart from 1 swipe, they're not all that bothered. Ive put a pic on my avatar, taken yesterday afternoon.

Mrs-mix - hope you feel better soon

    Welcome to the newbies

    Have a great day

Morning all, hope everyone is well. Sunny here for now so 2 loads of washing out, oh and a graden full of kids again, who are driving me crackers in and out all the time when I am trying to study!!!

Crazychik Charlie is stunning isn't he, pleased to hear it's going well, hope you are feeling better soon.

Jet77 try £1 shops for doggy items, I got some decent dogs leads rope ones (my oldest is powerful) big chunky collar, bowls etc all in there.

Loads to do so I best not sit here chatting all day , DP away in Bury ? I think he said so he'll be grumpy when he gets back as he's only had an hour or so sleep on way down there as he went straight from work. Might just pretend to be asleep when he gets back :rotfl: he's like a tired toddler when he's had no sleep.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Afternoon all,

not sure what we've got planned for the rest of today. Feeling a bit tired so hopefully nothing too tiring! Need to put the WM on again (seems neverending, and there's only 2 of us) Think we will be going out at some point though. Maybe the same idea as Gingham and heading towards a garden centre :) It's quite nice weather just now, which is rather good seeing as we were meant to be having rain all weekend.

Dinner tonight is going to be pork steaks, charlotte potatoes, savoy cabbage, white pudding and lots of gravy :p Don't get the time to make 'dinners' much during the week so like to take the chance at the weekends :)

Amie - hope your daughter is feeling okay

*hugs* to all, take or leave as you please.....have a lovely day everyone.
