well I had my mediation with thomas cook and they have agreed to pay in full plus costs already incurred so I'm very happy just waiting for the cheque now thanks for all the help and support on here your all amazing0

Flight delay of 33 hours from Gatwick to Fuerteventura july 2007. First contacted tc in oct 2012 and fobbed off . CAA no use at all. Had quite a lengthy conversation with them re their effectiveness! Mcol submitted 13/6 , judgement by default 16/7 and cheque received today. Thanks to all x0
