I am in too Kat. Aprils been a tough one! My hours at work have been temporarily cut because its so quiet - and the kids are on holiday at the end of May so I really need to be very very frugal!

    Count me in again!!!

However - I've decided to adjust my end target date as no matter which way I look at it I'm not going to make end of the year in one piece. So - I'm taking the pressure off myself a bit - looking at what overtime I can get in whilst doing studying and trying to stay afloat emotionally.

    My new target is:

Debt Free by the end of Summer of 2014 (by August 01st which is the pagan harvest festival). Of course - I will be chucking everything I can at my debts to try and reduce them before then - but that's my new deadline!!! 15 paydays to clear my debts.

Thanks Kat for running this thread again! You're a :starmod:

    :)

    Hi

Could I join this month? I joined in Jan but failed miserably after 2 days!!

In May I have my car tax, insurance, MOT and residents permit to pay for so it is going to be tight.

If I am allowed I will be back on Wednesday to update on my budget.

Oh I'm in! Purely based on the film references though lol. I'm aiming for 21 days. All bills are paid from a different account and the money is sitting there already. I'll need about £40 for petrol and emergencies but, other than that, bring it on!

(I haven't updated my signature btw. All of the info for it is in my spending diary)

    I am in.

Total debt as of the 1/5/13 5995.65

I aim by the 1st of June to have a debt of 5000 pounds and an emergency fund of 850 (curently 750)

*I know I am not meant to do this yet but my DFD is the 5th of November - that gives me 7 payslips to pay off 5995 = 5995/7 =856 per month roughly speaking, this month I want to pay off 995 using random bits of savings and lots of pots of change and e bay! *
    Nevertheless she persisted.
