Friend cancelled the get together today so stayed in all day and blitzed the house instead. However I do have an unplanned lunch tomorrow, so will go over my budget, which is a bit of a pain as I'm trying my hardest not to overspend too early in the month. I just have to decide whether to have one or two courses. I should have one but my appetite is huge, I'll perhaps get something in to come back to instead.SPC 18 Target £200 /0

Ok so I spent £0.99 today on mango chutney but that's all and it was to go on "a girl called jacks" carrot and bean burgers which are 9p each so that's ok right? 0 0

Whooo it's been a couple of looong days, haven't had the chance to be on here. So, what's been up?
Tues -- £4.99 lunch but I did go to Aldi instead of Co-Op and I spent £10.83 for the week's groceries! My new way to shop, methinks! but I did go to Aldi instead of Co-Op and I spent £10.83 for the week's groceries! My new way to shop, methinks!
Wed -- £5 for breakfast and lunch (in work for 7am, ugh... must be more organised!). Decided on a less-complicated hairstyle and so paid £40 for hairdresser, half projected budget.
Thurs -- I don't know. If I don't rent the van today, then I'll be NSD.
Edited to say: no, I did spend money after all. £2.26 on washing up liquid and a loaf of bread.
So far, not so bad. LBM: June 2023. Amount owed: ~£10,000I've gone debt free before, I can do it again!0 LBM: June 2023. Amount owed: ~£10,000I've gone debt free before, I can do it again!0

            Morning all
I'm doing ok so far. My hairdressers was more expensive than I thought (I think she must have been promoted!) so I spent £29.50 on that yesterday. I'm going for an NSD today, but I am going out tomorrow evening and we're going for food before the theatre (although theatre was paid for months ago), so hoping I can stick within budget this week. So far so good though!1% challenge - /100%
