I thought that.Anytime we have passed through after a long haul flight it looks like theres been a p1key wedding. completely wrecked0 -

You mean to tell me there are actually more people further down the back! The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

Flew Monarch last year to Ibiza on a Friday night, late deprture. They emailed us a week or so before the flight advising us that there would be a one drink per customer policy. Also reminding us that if you got tanked up at the airport Wetherspoons beforehand they'd not hesitate to leave you at BHX.
Perfectly reasonable I thought.
Flew back with Ryanair. After two attempts at trying to do the safety demo with no success, the Captain came on the PA and said until the safety demo was complete with everyones attention the aircraft wouldn't be going anywhere. Again perfectly reasonable.0 -

So BA is a a rip-off because they won't let you get drunk on a flight...Thinking of paying the extra to fly BA? Think again!
Do you know on certain routes BA have a policy of ONE ALCOHOLIC DRINK PER PERSON PER FLIGHT!!!!
& There is no option to purchase any drinks on board!! You might as well save your money and fly budget, where you can at least drink when & what you like.
Staff confirmed this is a new policy on 'holiday' routes.
(My experience of BA is that they are no better than the other standard airlines, but usually are more expensive.)0
