  • £15.50 enhanced disability premium?
These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.

I thought you only got that if on Higher or Middle Care DLA. I'm only on Higher Mobility.

I can ring them on Monday.

Why do we always get these letters on Saturdays when they are shut?

    Sod's law.

I think Enhanced disability premium is paid if you're in the Support Group automatically. If you're in the WRAG, you get it if you're on middle or higher rate care component for DLA.

With my renewal, I completed the ESA50 myself (no help or advice needed or sought), sent it in with a copy of my repeat prescription list and was told a few weeks later that my original 3 year term (from Jan 2010) in the Support Group would continue until June 2014 when I will be 65.
No medical evidence was sent in or even sought by ATOS or the DWP.

It all depends on whether you are considered by the DWP to be a genuine claimant with genuine health problems that fit one or more of the descriptors as well as the Support Group descriptors which I am and do.

How can you be 65 in 2014, you really are having bouts of amnesia, I really do feel sorry for you your attention seeking is outrageous, I bet you don't respond to this post because you now know you have been well and truly outed, I would love to see you talk your way out of this one, stop wasting genuine peoples time with your blatant lies, get a real life join the real world and enjoy it, you are being very childish, If you are genuinely mentally ill and this attention seeking is a symptom of your illness and causes you to act in this way let us know, then we will try to be more understanding
I am off to bed now, it is nearly 6am in New York in the real world, been up all night/morning recording with a real drummer, and band, I am looking forward to your reply when I wake:T

Cheers the advise all. It seems I do get the Enhanced Disability Payment too.

It really is a relief to get this ESA sorted. I mean I thought I was eligible but you hear so many horror stories. Even though I submitted my evidence I still expected a medical because I work 8 hours due to having adapted work.

Woah.....your coming across a bit like a stalker ! It's nice that you are taking an Interest in what others are doing but you sound like you need to get a life yourself rather than pick holes in other people's

it's got nothing to do with being genuine or not otherwise why would the WRAG exist, it's about numbers and putting cash in Cameron's mates pockets as well you know..

If not genuine, explain why I would be kept in the WRAG for four years, they know nothing, the fact we are not even seen by proper medical staff explains it all...

There are those with serious heart problems found fit for work and dying just days later, over 10,000 people have died within six weeks of being found fit, obviously they were sicker than you which disproves your statement....
I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...

Mmmmmm... you have made me think, I am now sat here in bed, enjoying the vista that is central park wondering how I can get a life, I think I will go for a walk to Manhattan to have brunch to consider this.

Then how did I get into the Support Group in Jan 2010 for three years and again this January until June next year if it was all to do with saving money without any evidence being sent in? Do you think that they made a mistake with me?

Or as I like to believe, they got it right as they do in most cases.
