what age do you think DM is TS?

I'm not sure I want to say now. I would be really embarrassed if I got it badly wrong. He seems to be a very mature kind of guy. ;)

If he is definitely under 40 I would say mid 30s, as he has good gardening tips and must have had time to pick them up. :p

Car talk out of my league too, will be off to bed [STRIKE]with[/STRIKE]/like Dotty in a minute. :rotfl:

    Watch the video https://festivalofmotoring.telegraph.co.uk/telegraph/video/?version=2D

Seems you should plan in regular motorway speed journeys with the diesel.

I do but it's not speed that is important and why there are so many failures. It's a problem with cars having a sixth gear where even at motorway speeds the revs are too low to heat up the DPF enough to burn out the soot. The car has to be run at revs> 2200 to generate enough heat otherwise the computer takes over and starts changing the timing and injecting more diesel to heat things up
