Morning All, don't usually post this early but got a few minutes before going to the boot.

Did anyone see the coupon boy on BBC breakfast? Funny to hear him say he'd got 20 toothbrushes, 30 shampoo and a lot of other stuff. I've got more than that, and bet most people on here do aswell.
Didn't like the part about overages, as I've found some cashiers allow it and others don't.
Worst though was the spread of coupons on the table. At least 2 were out of date.:mad:. One was the halo tesco voucher and the other del monte, both expired end of last month.
Annoys me when people brag about it, I don't mind sharing on forums and facebook, but to much publicity has got to cause more trouble for us. :(

Right rant over, off to boot sale. :j:D

I'm off to a car boot too in a minute. I agree with much of what you say - put my two pennorth in yesterday but everyone else seem to think he was OK. Apart from drawing too much attention to what we get up to, I couldn't quite make out how he was able to use so many higher value coupons against items that cost so much less.

Are the del monte mocs still in date - seem to think my left overs went into the recycling

QUOTE=vanilla twist;61066457]I was determined to sit down and do my accounts today.
This is just my shopping accounts that works out monthly savings using mocs, apg, pp ect. Been putting it off as had not done marchs eith but I am happy to say I am all up to date now.
While doing this I sorted out my pile of post (not something I do often as interesting things catc my eye as soon as they hit hall floor and all bills paid by dd so not usually anything excited.Anyway I found a postcard from ikesa family club with a £20 of £145 spend:j thrilled as planning to spend around £250 in there this week and £20 is a large amount.

Starting to print and sort coupons I have the kenco ones, parioli x6, a couple of ariel from last quarter.
Del monte x6 but still not worked out the maggi ones. Can I take a screen shot and try to do it that way as really don't want to print whole mag.
Might have to ask nice fb people at t if they can post me some like last time.

Put chicken breast in maggi bbq rib bag tonight and was really nice so want to stock up.has there been a pdf floating around like the parioli one.

Nice to see a a sharing and caring evening here tonight.

Noticed that Jordon the coupon boy had no green Tesco points either.

    Morning tbw,

I got what you were saying. I think we could all pull off a shop like that with a wallet full of coupons and hours of planning it. Keeping it up week in week out would be a problem and then yes you run into other issues, misuse of coupons etc. it makes for a good tabloid headline but not sure how "real" it actually is
