Bit late now but I think I should have gone for the 2.5l litre petrol version instead of the 2.0l diesel:( But I do get an average 48mpg even with tesco trips and 60+ on a run

Seems you should plan in regular motorway speed journeys with the diesel.0 -

The most excellent thing about Telegraph's Peter (Honest) John is that he will always reply to your email. He gets about 10,000 emails a year so that's pretty good. Might be short, but it will be knowledgeable.0
