My wife signed on for one review and forgot to cancel it. And then life's been a manic. I personally was holding down a full time job and a retained firefighter in most of my spare time attending about 250 call outs a year. My wife was bringing up children and training to be a Midwife. But I'll begrudgingly accept stupidity, although some people might say busy.
No-one is busy 24 hours a day 7 days a week.0 -
Keep up the good firefighting work though...:T0

Thanks for all the post. I wasn't expecting all the insults, just want people not to make the same mistake. Apparently there is no one else in the world that would make the same mistake so all is well!0

On the internet you will get blunt opinions from people because of the anonymity.
Your indignation about the fact that they've been taking payments is simply misplaced because if you had checked your accounts, as you well should have, you could have cancelled it years ago. Obviously nobody is perfect and I'm sure everyone misses the odd transaction, but you missed four years worth of transactions.
Just think of it as a lesson learnt, I'm sure you won't let it happen againWhat will your verse be?

I'd expect other people to make the same mistake, I have myself, but what makes you situation unique is that it took you 4 YEARS to notice.0 -
Hmm, a little off the conversation here but I'm unsure whether to join which? I begrudge paying for good advice but at the same time it might be worth it. £1 trial for a month and don't worry, I don't think I'll forget to cancel.;)
Any thoughts? Couldn't find another thread relating to the topic. It's £9.50 a month now btw.0 -

I have some sympathy with the OP on this one.
With most companies, I'd agree with the posts above- it's down to the buyer to notice. But Which?, given the criticism it makes of aother companies, should behave differently.
Just my opinion, ofc.0
