there is proof the JC and the WP try to sanction people with no proof and the individual has to do all the running around getting copies of paperwork to prove they are innocent and this puts people under get stress.

WELL BUSY MOM I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT WOULD BE BEST IF YOU JUST LOOKED AFTER YOUR CHILDREN AS YOU HAVE NO CLUE OR ANY SENSE AS TO WHAT GOES ON IN THE REAL WORLD.

Haha this thread amuses me... So many of you THINK you know what goes on in a jobcentre. Assistant advisors, advisors or advisory team mangers do NOT sanction the customers. An advisor simply reffers to a DM who then checks if the customer has complied with their jsag if not they receive a sanction.... It's in black and white on the 1st page of their es40's. Jobseekers is what it's says it is an ALlowence to seek work.
It's simple really actively seek and be available to take up employment if not sign off!!

no need to shout, I do know what goes on in the real world very well.
Have you not read my post I have never agreed anyone gives access to their UJ account, I have personally said I do not like it.
There really is no need for anyone to give their access. All they need to do it turn up to their interviews will a detailed, truthful jobsearch. Comply with the regulations and they will received benefit until they successfully move back into employment.
Most people will find work without any intervention by JCP, which is how it should be. Those who do not follow by the rules will receive sanctions, many will be overturned at appeal and many people will live happily off benefits rather then support themselves.
We cannot change the system. As we move into universal credit I have no doubt it will only get worse.
Myself, I will continue to juggle work and my family life. I do look after my children, I work so i can offer them the little extras in life and so they grow up with the correct work ethic.
By the way I do need an anger management course I am not shouting, nor losing my temper. I have not made the personal insults I have received other than to confirm if someone has been unemployed for four years.0 -
