I helped my eldest make pizza's last night. We had a bit spare dough left, so I decided to make some garlic bread.

I just rolled the dough out and put it in a large shallow cake tin greased with olive oil. I finely sliced some garlic cloves and scattered them over the top. Then I sprinkled grated parmesan over, drizzled it with olive oil and put it in the oven for about 15 mins at 180°C.

It was absolutely gorgeous, and I'll definitely make it again. Very garlicy though, so I'll not breathe on anyone today :D
Here I go again on my own....

I did something similar last Sunday as we had loads of people round to eat
I made little balls filled with garlic butter - most of them leaked but were scrummmy!

Pleurgh @ adding parmesan, can't stand the stuff but yep, HM garlic bread is lovely. I love it with slices of mozarella cheese....been tempted to try the Dominos trick of shimmying the pizza dough into something else first but need to find out if it's fine polenta or semolina, been looking online and various opinions, but I really like their garlic bread so going to try it when I find out.
One day I might be more organised...........
