Month 23 Day 4.
Under 2 years to go. Just need to get past the hump of christmas and keep myself at the debt. We are going to get there, and how we do it and the speed at which we do it could change.
We have had some right palavers on. my expenses werent paid yet, although the trip to the course wasnt so bad, I got my accreditation. Feel pretty good about that. Not so good is the world of work at present.
When people have traditionally moved into the role I am currently, the bulk of them are childless professionals with really good cars - city centre homes and are socialising all the time, they stay in these roles. They work within the same account, to the same management structure, and can get larger salaries and ever increasing importance because of their knowledge.
I can do this, but I am so bored with it. Add to that the pressure I am facing to sort this and that and the fact I am still a good 5 thousand a year behind colleagues as I took maternity leave and you get an idea of what I am facing.
Plus, I dont get opportunities, as I have a young family, people think I wont want to travel. So I am off. I am going to manage my own area, get a payrise of at lease 7k a year and have written my own career development plan. They were so impressed at my doing this, they offered me the job. You know that nothing to lose feeling? well thats what I had.
So right now I am struggling to keep coming to work. Every minutae of my work is analysed and cross analysed, and I am pulled up for every aspect... I have been struggling with headaches for over 2 weeks and have even had a scan.
Money wise, things are so tight, I was paid 2 days ago and I have nothing left. Ebay will provide.
The future is bright.... focus on that.Trying to shift that debt!0 -

Fab news about the job!
I hope the headaches disappear very soon. I'm guessing stress. If the scan doesn't show anything, try the eye Dr as they may be able to pick something else up.Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
