    Afternoon all

Busy Saturday morning in the Dusty household as usual.

Towels washed, so going to put on the line and WM2 in progress. I'm then doing a HHC to finish a few jobs on my list and then the rest of the day is delegated to paperwork, DS3 homework, helping DS1 with tax and banking etc. May find time to do some potting on and deadheading.

Ugh I think it's time to knock football on the head. DD says she doesn't like it anymore. She doesn't like her shirt, boys or Richard (coach who actually she does have a bit of a crush on...) and isn't doing kicking anymore. Apparently.

If its not fun why do we bother?

Anyway, brought them straight home again and I've done one curtain for under DS bed. Then I made them lunch. Then whilst they were faffing around under my feet, I went and cut the second curtain all wrong. It's salvageable, in fact I'll just do it in two parts (cut too narrow) and overlap them slightly and make tie backs.

He's been faffing with my pins, so sent to his room as it took six (!) requests for him to put the bl@@dy things down. He's been warned about staying away from the machine, so I've put it away and told him I can't make curtains if he's being naughty.

Need some inspiration now to keep them occupied (bright here but keeps hail stoning ). Need to strip all the beds later...

Hugs to Honey Bear and Dog. Patience vibes to Bossy - children are sent to try you!

Today apart from popping to shops (already done) I'm having a lazy day. Being in same part of world as CY, any plans to garden are scuppered because of the weather.

Haven't done my daily hoover downstairs as waiting for new rug to arrive, so I'll sort out all flooring then. My cream rug finally died, not due to the three dogs and their doings, but due to DHs red wine and lager. Aaagh!!

    and it's back in.

Not raining yet, greyed over again but at least the raindrops have dried off the washing; and it's dry enough to iron.

    Massive hail stones here now.

Just arrived home from the dance studio with lots of bird poo on my car. Must have been from giant birds or flying elephants.

Well I did get the living room rearranged. Computer desk and chair has gone and with that money I got a couple of new pictures. Plus a few other bits and pieces. Amazing what a difference a bit of rearranging and a few new bits does. The cat not amused at all the activity though.

    Kitchen and bathroom S&Sed.
