We know. What did you mean by 'they typed out' the POPLA form? Adding a verification code = yes. Adding any information about your appeal = not allowed.

Don't do the POPLA appeal on your own, not worded as a normal appeal saying what you said above about them increasing prices and you not knowing.
You will lose if you send POPLA a normal soft appeal with nothing about BPA code breaches and evidence of lack of signage, demanding a copy of their contract/site agreement with the landowner and demanding lots of other evidence for POPLA.

You need to read up on it as per the links already given then come back with your draft, for us to advise if we can think of more points to make it stronger.

Thanks for you advise I just wished I found this before I sent off my appeal, I joined this site to see how many people this is actually happening to and how many people manage not to pay them... I feel sick to the bone that its looking more likely I will have to pay them!!

You won't have to pay them! Not even if you lose at POPLA (which you shouldn't)

Does this mean you have sent off your POPLA appeal?

If so, do not worry; you can add to your appeal at any time up until the adjudication takes place. With current timeframes, this will be at least one month, possibly two.

Now is therefore the time to knock up a much stronger appeal. Loo at coupon mads examples in some of the other threads for a start, and then come back if you need more help.

Yes, but which appeal are you referring to. Parking Eye or popla?
And
When you say they filled in the popla form, what did they put?
You have been asked this twice already, it is important you give us the info to allow people to help you.

Both, I only sent off to popla on Saturday, sorry but being dim this is really starting to stress me out :0(

You can add to your POPLA appeal before they come to consider it either by email or by post. Be sure to clearly label any letters, emails or other documents with the code that was provided so that they can reconcile it with your appeal.

Remember, listen to and follow the advice given to you and you will NOT have to pay PE anything, stop worrying , the posters on here have all been through what you are going through and we have not paid PPCs anything.
