Unless you live in the parallel universe populated by the likes of VCS or PE. There they can claim for such things as the parking monkey's uniform, the upkeep of the signs, the office rent and the cost of the paper-clips - and probably the annual works outing!
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Ok, well I got a parking ticket from morrisons for going over their time limit so whether it's a 'scam' or not I still class that as paying money to them...

Oh God...you called it a 'parking ticket' yet you are an MSE regular...please please tell us you at least looked into it a bit, saw it was a scam and didn't pay it??!

Stopping newbies paying these fake PCNs is what this entire parking forum is for!

Please if you did pay, at least never fall for a fake PCN scam again.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
