Parking eye parking charge notice

Can anyone help? I have received a notice from parking eye. I parked over my time in a morrisons car park. It is a free for 2 hours park. I am happy to ignore the charge but just wanted to check that the new legislation that came into effect in October 2012 doesn't alter the comments I've seen on here. Shall I carry on ignoring or pay up? Thanks all.

Carry on ignoring pofa 2012 which came in on October last year doesn't suddenly make these invoices more enforceable. The only way they can enforce anything is to go to court, and win the case. There is more chance of winning the lottery jackpot than that happening. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

That is what I believed but thought I'd check. Thank you.

Thanks for helping. Appreciate it must be frustrating when the likes of myself ask a question that has been answered numerous times. I will not be paying and again thank you for your post.0

It's fine, glad to help with the links including previous PE at Morrisons cases. DO COMPLAIN to the Store and/or Morrisons Head Office or nothing will change.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
