Wonder what's happened to the two people who have deleted their accounts, they provided some good info. Anyone suspect Santander have agreed compensation with them providing they deleted their accounts. Maybe the mods can help?0

We are still here, and helping as much as we can.....no deals done, just worried that we had stepped over a line.0

Bit of a strange request, bear with me.
On your first letter from Santander will be a "Letter Reference Number"
A letter and three numbers.
Would like this info just so we can see what people have got from Santander.0 -
Thanks Two steps forward.
Hopefully this will help get a bigger picture of the situation and make it clearer for all of us.0 -

I rang Santander this morning after receiving my letter and they tried to bully me into making my complaint over the phone, i was on the phone for about 5 mins explaining that i would rather a complaints form. Eventually they caved and thet are sending me a form through the post, will there be anyone here who can guide me through it when it arrives??
oh my letter reference is M0050 -
I'm surprised you had to battle so much. We should be here to help with questions that arise once you get the questionnaire.
Thanks for the ref no.0 -
I must say when I phoned for the questionnaire I was expecting an argument. The girl on the phone mentioned she could go through the questions over the phone and I just said no thank you I don't have all my details to hand or the time.
She was very polite, said OK I'll send the form out for you and that was that.
