Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. Are the T and Cs you mention specific to Feb 2006 or do they apply to the entirety of 2006?Specifically I am wondering if point 10 ('Interest and the variable rate') in 2004 T and Cs is the same in the 2006 booklet?

i have scanned doc but its on works computer if anybody wants it pm me and i will send a copy tomorrow

Just a quick word about the 'notice' they have to give.In my t&c's it says that if any change is made to the SVR then 'notice' can be given by publishing/advertising the change in 3 national newspapers and/or by displaying it in their branches at the time.
Proving that they didn't do that may be tricky!
Not sure if this type of 'notice' applies to a change in the cap rate though?

The papers would be "easy", branches could be a problem. Is it for them to prove they did? Or us to prove they didn't?

    *Edit*
That is a change to svr, but what about the cap margin? Different thing.

Yes, Swordy forwarded them to me this morning. The reason is that the centre six pages of your booklet have become unstapled and they have wandered off somewhere. That means the whole centre section is missing.

TheMightySwordfish has a PDF of ours which I scanned and it is complete. PM me with your email if you want a copy, or Swordy.

no my centre pages are 26/27 , i have only looked at it twice once a few weeks ago and yesterday when i scanned it.
i am wondering why i have been sent a t&c that part is missing
  • Is the corresponding pages in the other half missing. I can't look as on my way to work.

That really is odd! Mine finish at page 26. Is your booklet still intact? It does seem odd that your opposing pages are at the end of the booklet as they are stapled through the centre pages?
