Hi to EH ..nice to see you about x
That's a massive list to do Pippi and great food bargains

    Hey taxi hope you're grand.

The food bargains aren't as great as they use to be but thankfully sometimes I'm lucky.

    Thanks.

So in most exciting news yesterday it was sunny and between full day of teaching (propagation and pricking out) and meetings I managed an hour in my work vegetable patch.

My tatties and onions are in :-):T and my shallots.

I've also been given space in the work polytunnels this year again so I can grown 10 fishboxes with of veggies.

    :T free food always good.

Managed a stomp on the beach too :-)

Out for tea tonight with oh and dd, he's off on the plane to the mainland now, working all weekend.

Hoping to find more free wood to chop and maybe get some herbs in a big tub by the back door.

    :T

Hope you've something fun planned for the weekend?

    Morning world

Today's a work day, lots to do and two volunteers on site so need get them some fun things to do.

A mini list for today is

Hang up hokey cokey before I leave if time
    Walk mutts
    Take lunch
Put up some posters for a rag crochet workshop
Write up this coming weeks meal plan and ferret in freezer/fridge and cupboards to see what we have
Into town for dim sum ingredients (I'm practising making them)? Seems a bit decadent for just those might leave it til next week.
Check out where the car boot is tomorrow we will be attending
Take dogs to work and walk enroute home?
Find more free wood and see about chopping up
    Free cabbage from work
Plant out lettuce from lidls growing pack (gave me enough for growing for ages last year)
Plant up herb tub (mint, thyme, chives, parsley) need sage and rosemary look out for those
Sort seeds to planting up polytunnel from seed share at work (much cheaper than buying new)
Feet up later and some nice grub/tv with dd
    Do another wash.
Banks/cc's later, almost got my head round what's needing to go where.

Starnac- my expenses for the trip away went not the bank yesterday (£150) thanks for the nudge to just do it.

    Hugs chaps, enjoy your weekend!

also enjoying the Hebrides series - I like how they've hardly included people and those that are in there don't get interviewed. Looking forward to the next one.

Also hoping to plant up some herbs here - my pot of thyme and chives that had survived a few winters is no more so need to start again.

Wow, Pippi, thats loads of food, thats great! Nice to know that you're still growing more, too :) I'm trying to plant everything, but I'm not planting any more seeds - its difficult enough to keep up with the actual plants I haven't-planted, so to speak

Having a very lazy day here, which is why I'm online at just after 3pm  Must go plant some more - I have a pot of caraway that survived in a pot outside from last summer, wave after wave of snow, so it really deserves to be planted.
