If you dont trust Royal Mail then deliver them yourself.
You could try another company to deliver your letters, parcels.
Otherwise stop whinging on hte internet, walk and deliver your parcel.

Our postie is ace. A more honest friendly and hardworking person you would be hard pressed to find. He comes back if he finds another letter once up the street, and leaves packages in a safe place if we are out. Think some of the sweeping generalisations on this thread questioning the honesty of 50% of posties is insulting and just plain misinformed. No I am not a postie neither are any of my friends or family, but credit where it is due, I think they generally do a good job. Just as in any business mistakes happen and some people are dishonest, but to tar all or 50% with the same brush is daft.0

But this is just a couple of examples.
Sorry but I cant see the stats you quoted?0 -
Our parcel finally arrived (very battered and with some of the items damaged) after being god only knows where and my bf having had to cycle up to the parcel depot twice because they never answer there phones
When the parcel finally arrived at the post office it turned out that the PO were collecting a list of customers who are having problems because there are so many complaints being made. The PO are also ticked off because they can't even get through to the parcel depot by phone either.
Wouldn't be int he Bolton area would you? We same to have the same problem. I dread them moving my postman to another round as he is really good, in fact hes the best one we have had in nearly 20 years. He actually knocks on the door like a man, not a 6 year old little girl like the others:cool: and he actually waits as well for the door to be answered. You can't get better than that :T0 -

One cannot ask the bank to hand deliver a credit card, nor can one ask the DVLA or the Passport service to send credential items via a more trusting company.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
