Congratulations on your new home Jack, and belated happy birthday!

I've been on holiday; it was so nice to return to your progress and good news.

So glad to hear you are finally in your new home Jack, and at the beginning of your new life. One last hurdle to get over and you're off running!

    So happy for you. :)
  • Why is that too much? You don't know their living expenses or anything about them.

Beremy, I think you might be replying on the wrong thread, somehow!
  • Fantastic news Jack! A belated happy birthday and a toast to your (and the ex-Mrs Jack) new lives, may it be all you wish for.

Great news Jack. And I'm very impressed at you noticing the top of the kitchen cupboards - I don't think I'd have looked within three months, let alone three days!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

No surprise the response tackles each of the 11 examples I complained about with each one having a response saying it was reasonable etc with the following conclusion:

I cannot see any evidence that 'x' has not met the service standards and although there have been what you perceive to be as delays, none of these are unreasonable. Again, I am sorry that you do not feel the service from 'x' is as expected. I do understand that a divorce can be very upsetting and we would like to continue to help you. Please do however let me know if you no longer wish to instruct us.

So I guess next step in financial Ombudsman?
    Regards
