I'm sure I could but I thought my solicitor may get a better response, she sent a chase email to court last week which cost me £20+VAT !

Do use a postal service requiring a signature on delivery - Signed For/Recorded does not guarantee next day delivery, just a signature when delivered; Special Delivery is more expensive but it will be delivered the next day - they are trackable online.

Is she working at the school - presumably just term time, so she can look forward to the long summer holiday but the time off will be unpaid?

In schools pay is usually paid pro rata over 12 months.

As much as ex Mrs Jack is clearly a piece of work I really think the respective lawyers are having an absolute blast, wonder where they will be holidaying this year on the back of their clients misery.
There has to be a better way than this.
