First set back the judge who was down to hear it is not here for some reason. They are trying to get another to cover but could be late or worse than that postponed. My barrister not here yet
I'm sat on a bench in street having coffee and carrot cake.
Just hope barristers can agree something without a hearing?
    Regards

What a total comedy of errors this whole process has been, bad lawyers, missing judges & barristers. And all costing an arm & a leg. Fingers crossed someone makes a decision soon & that it is agreeable to all parties.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Good luck Jack, I hope you get a sensible judge, be it the original one or a replacement.

    Oh for goodness sake

This happened to me a year or so ago got told at 5pm the day before a hearing was cancelled due to non availability of judge- Ridiculous situation.

Stay positive Jack - Presumably the baristers have still met and discussed so may hash out an agreement -or you may end up with a better substitute judge !

As a matter of interest who covers the costs if there is a postponement -the barrister's fees, your loss of earnings etc ?

Had a hearing of sorts now negotiating
    I offered 210k £500/m for 2 years and car for 2.
They came back with 220k £650/m for 6 years and car.

Your 1st offer was more than generous in my eyes.

Just can't believe it was not accepted.

I don't know where you go from here.

You deserve a medal for your patience.

    Take care.

Next offer - a small pack of Lego and a bag of sprouts. I am shocked that she expects all this... what an appalling example for your children, particularly your daughter!
