If good thoughts could influence success you'd have nothing to worry about !

Will be thinking of you tomorrow and sending positive thoughts.

Just to echo the comments of others, I've read this thread from your first post, but haven't commented as (fortunately) I've never been in your position, so didn't think I could really add anything useful. However, I wish you the world of luck tomorrow, you absolutely deserve a positive outcome so that you can move forward with certainty. I hope you have a very happy Easter break!
  • yet another one who has read every post but never posted myself.

I too hope justice is served and a fair settlement is made. whatever happens though I know you will have a happy ending. you seem a nice guy and you will get a payback from that, whatever the deal on the money is.

I have read the thread and many times thought 'there but for the grace of God go I" I have learnt much, and so I am sure have many others. There is probably a book in this too! Write it up, add some personal/emoyional stuff, get the ex wife and kids to do a chapter and who knows.....

    Good luck!

Wishing you all the best for tomorrow - I hope the judgement is fair and you can move on with your life. Your kids will see the situation for what it really is as some point (although it may not be tomorrow!)

Thank you all so much for those kind words of support, I can't begin to tell you how much it means to me.

I've ironed 3 shirts tonight so I can decide which to go for in the morning?

I'm feeling anxious but looking forward to a conclusion?
    Regards

  • Good luck for tomorrow Jack! Been following your thread from the beginning as a friend went on a similar journey.

Echoing what has been said by so many others... good luck, I hope you get a conclusion that reflects your extraordinary patience and sense of decency and justice, and your unfailing love for your family.

Group hugs, Jack - and same when you come back.

judi is so right - 'Your kids will see the situation for what it really is at some point (although it may not be tomorrow!)'

You will have your 'clean break' by then, regardless.

Hope the champagne is on ice to celebrate your conclusion tonight, and that the judge sees things your way.
