Jack, just to let you know I will be thinking of you tomorrow and praying that you get a fair and just outcome.

You deserve the best because you have shown integrity and fairness throughout the last 2 years

I'm trying to work out where to park for Oxford court, seems park and ride is the only option?

Its 20 years since I lived in the vicinity, but the Park & Ride was far easier back then. Better still - if you can, use public transport to get into Oxford and go for a celebratory (or conciliatory) pint afterwards. Used to be some great pubs around there.

Another lurker here wishing you the best possible outcome for tomorrow, I'll be thinking of you at 12 and fingers crossed you get a sensible judge that doesn't suffer fools (and lazy bums!) gladly

    Seconded....
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....

I have followed your post from the start, I have never posted before, but feel so strongly to wish you the best possible outcome that you want and wish for. I am two years into a divorce, with a complex financial settlement that is being controlled by my ex, I met with my barrister today for counsel, I dread to think of the cost of this two hour meeting but hope it will be a positive step forward to a settlement that is fair. But if I do go to court then I know the barrister and feel happy with them.

    good luck Jack xx:):)
