University is classified as Advanced education so if you wish you do not need to pay maintenance for that child.
maintenance is paid for full time education up to the age of 20.
Thanks dRic40 and welcome, Yes that's correct, I'm paying CSA of £650pcm for my son who is just 19 and at college where he attends 3 days a week, the others are study days but he works as a waiter on most of his days off. I have been advised that there's a chance that his course may not qualify however actually I am not concerned about that as I want to pay that amount until he finishes in June this year. I pay some money directly to my daughter at uni to help with her living costs, this is voluntary. Up to September last year I was paying voluntary maintenance to my ex of £500pcm additional to the CSA.
I wanted to reply quickly to you as you were so kind enough to post but also some on here may comment that you haven't read the all the posts etc etc but who could really read it all from the beginning now so please don't take it the wrong way if anyone says anything. everyones and any opinion is welcome here but a do try to discourage bickering between people as it may discourage someone from offering a view.Regards

Well there's no party yet but I may just have one when it's over and I'll invite everyone who has contributed on here, not that they'll be able to make it, but you never know?

We'll all raise a virtual glass to you and you'll probably be able to hear the cheering wherever you are in the country!0 -
That exchange between Jack and dRic40 is entirely typical of the person we care about on this Thread.
Glad you're on board dRic40

The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -
Re solicitors - thank you for posting about it , useful to know and nice to read something positive. People dont challenge them because they are in a vulnerable position when they need their services and have other priorities. It has taken you a couple of years to challenge one as well , am I right?
Besides not many would be as articulate or sharp as you in identifying and challenging not right things with billingThe word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
