How frustrating, it isn't good for my stress levels reading your thread Jack so god only knows what it's doing to your health.
I can't wait for the post from you that says the case has been closed and you've agreed on a settlement.0 -

Yes I will, actually planning to raise it now with someone not sure who? I was going to bring it to the attention of the partners at the firm now but concern it may well make things worse?Regards

I would do it sooner rather than later and the firm will have a complaints handling procedure as well as a contact person.0 -

I would do it now.
It may very well be that this lady has not really performed to company (and professional) standards due to her impending birth and actually wasn't that focused on her work - especially if she has no serious plans to return. The lack of attention to detail could very well be a symptom of this (and indeed the new person sent you more stuff because the case notes are essentially crap)
I'd call the company and ask them for details of their complaints procedure at this point.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I am not qualified to advise you on the best time to complain, but you have to do what your gut feeling is telling you to do.
The more I read of your solicitor's incompetence, the more frustrated I become.
How you have managed to stay so strong Jack just shows us that you deserve the very best outcome and closure very soon.
Take care.0
