    June...that is way too long.

What has your MP been doing and are they now suggesting you approach ICE?

He can't do that. That's rather naughty. Surely there has been lots of LETTERS flying backwards and forwards and some with numbers on which probably vary? And ONE surgery?

Are you in contact with the Parliamentary Business Unit?

As you need to approach ICE now...they decide if it's worth taking your case on just like the PO does....I would recommend the letter goes off with an attached letter from your MP given their summary of what has happened ( or rather what has not happened! ) in the past year.

The sooner the better given their backlog.

He said he was willing to sign the letter to forward the case to ICE but I guess he feels the CSA gave an answer to all the discrepancies we found. He doesn't really understand the system as we think we do & hasn't got the time or probably the inclination to trawl thorough all their laws/changes to legislation etc.CSA1 ,CSA2 ,CSA3 etc I have read up a lot on the different laws/legislation & feel they have fobbed us off!!

That is my form for the PO sent off today. It has been hanging over me too long.

It is true, you are expected to give up and get on with your life.

MP has been rubbish and disinterested, numerous complaint handlers at CSA - full of rubbish and lies and a joke of an ICE......Just have to wait and see now what this next gangs chat is.....I anticipate the worst!

Cally, Sensemaya is right - never give up. I certainly won't. And by the way, the MP doesn't have to sign a letter for you to submit a complaint to ICE so just get on with it. If you are not happy with the outcome that's the point when the MP needs to sign your application to the Parliamentary Ombudsman.

I have sent mine to the PO because there were mistakes in their report, I have still not received answers to my particular questions and they even got one of my daughters' name wrong!! I have to say I have had great support from my MP.

Good luck Nicky - let us know what happens.

I have told the CSA & ICE that I will not rest until I get a satisfactory answer to my questions and compensation for their incompetence and will go to the press if I have to.

Don't give up because people needing help from this shoddy excuse of a company need our cases to be won. The CSA cannot be allowed to continue to treat PWC like this. We need to fight together on this.

True, but an MP's letter supporting Cally will add more weight.:)

Why has MP taken that attitude?

I think the MP's are completely overwhelmed by the cases from the CSA & they haven't got the time (or staff)to devote to it !I get that feeling!

Yes you are probably correct. My MP got the top dog to come to the constituency office to discuss various cases ( including mine, which had been going strong with their predecessor).

Might be worth mentioning this to your MP.
