    True.

A minor complaint is nothing to get so up-tight and excited about.

They should have simply taken note and considered if there were any changes they could make to improve general customer satisfaction.

Going ape and displaying customers personal information is not going to win them many friends.

Do we know if this has happened yet or is this still a guess?

Every time you see complaint letters posted when people think the complaint was a joke the personal details are blanked out.

Can't believe I've sat here and read through all that, considering the forum it's in! he he!

I love complaining, but the OP's complain is just rude, they seem to have stated various things, then contradicted themselves several times; and the shop owners reply is no better, full of spelling mistakes and bad grammer.

When I go into McD's, their coffee is so big, and hot, it's virtually impossible to drink it inside an hour; which is good, because all the other customers that leave their empty cups, you peel the little sticker things off, and get a free coffee/meal from them!

If I was the OP, I'd get a mate to go in, take interest in the letter on the wall; contact you via whatever communication address is there (thereby breaking the telecommunications act?); talk to the owner of the cafe about the letter, then pretend burn/choke on the dishwater that they are serving, leave in a huff, and write a more concise, and flowing letter (can't think of the word!); and include in that letter, not to bother posting your letter on the wall (2nd customer), as you have forwarded it to the local newspaper, trading standards, and chairman of the golf club, as you are very good friends with him, down at the Masons lodge...

Then post the response here, just for our amusement, and the 'poor' cafe owners look on their face ! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
