"WCO–UPU cooperation
The specific customs procedures in respect of postal items hold that the postal items accompanied by CN 22 and CN 23 customs declarations are cleared through customs without delay.
The WCO–UPU Contact Committee meets to discuss issues of mutual interest.
In the capacity-building area, the UPU and WCO organize a joint customs workshop each year for the customs and postal officials of developing countries."
You carry on quoting, without reading.
CN22 are for using Royal Mail Group.
I will await your apology, or perhaps a prolonged silience in your posts (preferable)0 -
Send something via Interparcel, DHL, Trans and you MUST use the correct
customs forms, NOT the label from the Post Office!
That's not what I said, I've shown you that the CN22 CN23 is from the Universal Postal Union, globally. You can even download it from there - but you need a logon!I will await your apology, or perhaps a prolonged silience in your posts (preferable)
I wont be apologising for trying to help you out!Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0 -

Post 11. In case your memory or clarity alludes you! There are customs forms for couriers and
export but CN22 is just RM
Your reply:Sorry but if you read the link I posted from HMRC there is no mention of Royal Mail. It states that the CN22 is required due to "international agreements". This refers to the Universal Postal Union, from where you will find references to all the "CN" documents and forms.
And your link has the opening explanation that it is for ROYAL MAIL GROUP!
Another post the OP has had hijacked by someone giving info they know nothng about!0 -
