Stick you fingers up. However don't expect empathy when you get penalised. Self assessment has been around for enough years. So penalties for non filing will be enforced. There's no excuse.

There's a fool born every day.

No excuse? who is looking for excuses?> im just looking for the truth and to think like a slave like drone is not really the answer now is it?

There more I look the more it seems to be true.

the more I ask the more ignorance I come across, its one thing to be a slave but its another to try to force others to be slave like also.

So now we cannot ask questions for fear of getting insulted now, what is it with you people on here, are you paid to be so nasty to people?

Your opinion is one thing but to stoop to insulting people is going too far

    CONCLUSION

I must of hit a sore point to get such an aggressive response... now what was the sore point.... let me guess.... I am RIGHT... this is why it hits home so hard as if I was not right I'm sure my understanding would be rebutted in a instant and I would have by now stood corrected... so I am right here and its seems to hurt you people ... WHY is this?

oh I have heard of such stuff floating around about but I think most of that is false information in order to group anyone who asked questions into a box, like the term "conspiracy theorists"

I am just a Man asking a question and Its not the first time I am attacked for doing so...

If what I believe is not the truth then bring forward some evidence to show me instead of just insulting me... or is that just too much to ask.. or is there NO EVIDENCE

All the legislation is passed through parliament .... Royal assent etc. etc etc yes it is law. Of course, you don't have to do anything, but you will get penalties, of course you don't have to pay them..

you've been pointed at some of the specific laws that apply. you've been told what happens in practical terms if you don't submit a return. i'm not sure what more there is to say.

There no mention of a man or women in that act, I've looked at the act in depth but they ONLY ever speak about the person(s), so I looked at the Interpretation of the world within the Interpretation Act 1978 c30 SCHEDULE 1.. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1978/30/schedule/1

    QUOTE: -
F24“Person” includes a body of persons corporate or unincorporate. [1889]

So I find the definition in Blacks Law dictionary and you see the difference between 2 different persons in LAW

QUOTE: - Blacks Law Dictionary 1st edition

    - Artificial person
Such as are created and devised by law for the purpose of society and government, called "Corporations" or "Bodies prolitic"
    &
    - Natural person.
such as are formed by nature as distinguished from artificial persons or corperations.

So the next time you can comment without looking so ignorant.

All men are created equal, no man shall hold power over another without his consent.

This is NOT Nazi Germany... or is it...

Did you not notice the word 'include'? A person is a physical human being, gender immaterial. The interpretation act expands this definition, for presumably legal purposes, to INCLUDE the body corporate etc. not to define person as the body corporate
This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com
