Morning!! Head was fine by lunchtime but the world before then was not pretty. Feeling great today,
My best friend is up from kent for the weekend and bought me the most beautiful but most expensive set of 12 royal doulton wine glasses for my birthday.
It was a present that meant so much to me and was bought with so much thought. Thats one thing that DEFINATELY won't be finding it's way onto ebay!!
I'm off to work for a couple of hours today to a near by launch, then a group of us are off into town this evening for a bit of a party. However i am planning on it being the cheapest night out ever! I am NOT drinking!! the other evening has really put me off and i HATE feeling the way i felt yesterday, So it think i'll be des for the night, i know i'll still have a good time and will also curb the spending somewhat so i stay in control of the money and don't allow OH to go ott either.

I guess it seems from my recent posts that i've gone off the DFW rails without trace lately, however i've managed ot make £140 matched betting and SS's offer this month, £50 from quidco, £20 from mum and a couple of od punds here and there. I've also overpaid my halifax CC by £10 which is the first overpayment i've managed to make!! Yipee!! and i think i've got £250 til the end of the month which should be fine.

How id ds and dd's gradings go hypno? or is it today? good luck if so!! xx

evening all!!!:D Well the birthday celebrations are officially over, I think dragging it out to a whole week is quite sufficient and now i need to get back onto the DFW track pronto!! Have had a fab weekend. We went into town last night and had a great evening, we accidentally ended up in the most seediest underground grunge club going, they actually sold beer in tins!!!
We managed to last 10 mins before making our excuses, grabbing chips and leaving!

Bestest buddy drove home about midnight all the way back to kent and i have to admit i gave her a hug and cried and cried as i miss her so much. it was quite emotional but i know that no matter where either of us are we are always there for each other. She has been having rather a hard time this year, has lost her horse of 27 years, her gran and then 2 weeks ago her new born foal of 3 months. It's the hardest thing wanted to hug someone and make it better but be so far away from them that you just can't. over the phone somehow never seems to match. But i know that she's ok and she knows i'm ok and we are both perfectly happy with that.

We had a fantastic time this afternoon at the snowboarding. Was SUCH a giggle!! You may have noticed hypno's threat to download a photo of me, erm, bottoms up trying to stand up on the board! OH watched from the side lines due to drunken cricket injury but his best mate had a go to, thanks hypno for telling me about it!

So back on the DFW band wagon. I need to, a) get the ebay fees of £30 pound paid so i can list a few little bits.
    2) complete some matched bets
    3) contact virgin for final bit of referral bonus they've not yet credited
    4) do some casino bagging, if i can find out what that is! (hint hint?)
    5) anything else i can do to raise money!!

So i'd best get my frequently photographed backside into gear and get on with it!!

Glad you had a good time today, remember to come again in a couple of weeks to try skiing :D

Casino bagging - will talk through it with you over coffee on Tuesday, but not risk free, so you may be happier sticking with bingo through quidco and matched betting!

I hope you have a good evening - need to get back into Work mode good and proper for tomorrow x

Evening P, sounds like a good weekend. Know where you're coming from with not being physically near close friends, it's hard sometimes but it's good that you know you're always there for each other, such a nice feeling.

Got to ask.. your OH was playing cricket while drunk? That's bound to lead to injuries!! :rotfl:Glad you had fun at the snowboarding.. and YES we want to see the photo!! :D

Well just a quick update as got to get to the hospital with other half to have his cast re-done,
Things are very very busy in pania land i'm glad to say.:D We had a launch of 28 houses on friday and as of today there are 3 left!! fantastic for business and debt busting just have to wait aaaaaaages for the commission to start to be paid!:o can't wait!:D
I have 3 appointments today so pretty much 3 guaranteed lots of business.
Did some bingoing the other day and won full house, only £12 but is £12 extra in the pot:j However it came up with a message re halifax accounts and it witholding money and charging you so not too sure if i'll ever be able to withdraw it:o

Am going to get some make up bits on the fee free website that JCD uses, she PM'd me the details bless, (thanks JCD) so may hopefully have a little more money from that.

Hope everyone is well, have a great day one and all, you hear!!

    Hi pania

Its my rubbish day today too! In my bin are about a dozen old video tapes - one is currently jammed in the video machine, so I'm having a clearout. Imagine if video tapes smelt.... doesn't bear thinking about really. Do you compost at all? I put stuff in bins, and the level goes down, but I don't seem to be getting any actual *compost* out of the bins, except once a long time ago... :(
