hi pania,
i hope you dont mind but can i just throw my tuppence worth in?
provident dont knock any money off for early settlements and dont affect your credit rating so let them sing for their money and pay them when you have it................ also you are not obliged for them to call at your house either if theres a provi office near you you can drop it in to them
i dont think u should reschedule your welcome finance loan either. just keep ploughing on with your payments as they are and at least its reducing. at least u wont have to email your boss
id love to hear more about your pony. my beloved 14.2 grey cob died 5 years ago aged 20. id had him for 15 years since i was 14 and dont really have the confidence/money/time etc to buy another horse but as anybody horsey knows the bug never leaves you, so its great to hear about other peoples.:beer:member number 240 in da norn irn club

Mr provi man has apologised and only wants a month payment, apparently he has to many people wanting loans and he can't get round them all !! like what the!!!
Right going to post this before i loose it for the second time!debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
So so sorry to hear about your horse Belfast, that is an awful thing to hear. do you have any time to go and have a ride at a stables, or even just to spend time around them? I get so much pleasure just looking after my little fella, even more so than being able to ride every weekend.
So, a little about him, He is a welsh section A, tri-coloured but looks blue roan with little black legs and points. He's 3 1/2 years old and i rescued him from a horse sale when he was allegedly 7 months old.
I went to the sale just for a look, oops!! saw a tiny little skeleton standing in a pen at the end of a row, his head was touching the floor he was so down and i could see almost every bone he had. God i cried, why the hell the rspca weren't there that day i've no idea.
I went in to see him and felt him all over, his head didn't move a bit. He still had his foal tips on is hooves and was aged by the vet the next day as 4 months old, 5 at a max. He'd been rounded up off the mountain, mum went one way, he the other.
I found out how much the ladies reserve was and somehow ended up bidding above that, he was mine. With no money no transport and no place to keep him, so managed to get him to my friends stables and found him a good field from there.
Its the best thing i have ever done and he is with me for life now, he makes me laugh he makes me exercise and sometimes he evn makes me get up in the morning.
I really really hope that in time you manage to find another horse that will never replace your cob but one that will provide you with just as much love and companionship as the horse you lost.
Hugs

Hi there
Sorry to hear about you recent debt drama pania, my best advice for stuff like that is pay your debts in 'worry' priority. It might mean paying abit more in intrest in the long run but you pay alot less in stress and sleepless nights.
been busy this last few days getting sorted for the £500 challenge. So far I got rid of my old car (falling apart) to we buy any car .com they gave me £50 for it. I've sent the tax disc back to the dvla so hoping to get another £50 from that and the stuff I've listed on ebay actually has bids on it. Will update signature as the money arrives in my account.
Thanks for getting me motivated01/08/09 - Honeymoon credit card - 0% £2500 - personal OD £350 - DFD May2010Done it once, will do it again - DFW 5340 -
Hi Pania, sorry for not being about lately. Got a lot going on. Are you ok? Not caught up on the thread yet. Have you started a new 500 pound (no pound symbol on my keyboard) challenge?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0
