I have planted my chitted spuds!
Dug the bed over before planting, and worked in some HM compost.
Appear to have hacked off NDNs. They decided to pressure wash their rear windows/conservatory but never thought to come and tell me - with two lines of washing out. They did come round last year with some grumble about birds getting in the roof and did I not know - well, no, they're not in my attic!. Told them a few years back that I knew they were nesting where the two roofs meet - and told them that the bloke I had asked to clear the gutters couldn't get to one of the gutters because they've put a conservatory up. Ah well. Fortunately I had gone out to get the washing in. Have ironed just over half of it.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Evening, didn't realise we'd be out so long, only just home and washing left in washer
never mind, I'll bob it on a rinse first thing and it will be out tomorrow. Assuming the forecast is same as today? Been glorious here. Football, then a friends, where a group of us had brunch then a wander to to the park. Kiddies had a ball, with giant bubbles and then an ice cream. Both are very placid now, DD fell asleep coming home, and she's just had supper and don't think she is far from sleep again. DS almost nodded off too... Hoping for a quiet night.
We're out tomorrow too, visiting inlaws then got a party over their way, so will be out till after 4 again.
DS face is still blue, he had a callippo type lolly that was blue and its everywhere. Appears to have stained his chin.
Right, gonna clean DD teeth before she nods off...

My next door but one neighbour smokes meat and fish over a home made smoker... He waits until I bring my washing in after my little head bobbed over the fence one day last summer after 4 days of burning making my washing smell like kippers and proceeded to screech like a fishwife .... I don't care he is Polish and barely understood a word, he got the meaning and hasn't done it since lol.
OHs cousins popped a baby this afternoon... I *think* mine is next.. though I may be wrong.. A girly, so they have 2 girls now too... there are no boys in OH's family on his dads side since his cousin was born 23 years ago!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Morning all
Woke up at silly O'clock and couldn't get back off so down here with a cuppa and 3 mogs.
There is quite a frost outside, I know I left the cold frame open, hope all is ok in there.
DH is away later to collect FiL from Sil to take him to the hospital on Monday. Plan here is mainly washing, ironing and a bit of gardening.
DS3 should have cricket this morning and Badminton this evening but he felt sick last nigh so need to see how he is.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning! We are forecast rain today:mad: so I will put the washing on airers in the conservatory I think. Ho hum.
Both kids wanted to sleep with me last night so was three in a bed, was quite nice actually. No snorting or shuffling, so we all had a reasonable sleep. One night is enough though! They can go back to their own beds tonight...
Still not dressed but they have had brekkie, and I've done a quick s&s of kitchen. Playroom is a tip so I'll be supervising a tidy up in there before we are ready to leave for the day.
In fact, off we go!!!Bossymoo
