  • Evening all.

Lots done at the rental property and it's almost there, fingers crossed by he end of next week it will be finished.

Took packed lunch's with us today and the kids took laptop and dvd's, they also went and played on the park nearby wen weather permitted. I was shattered when we got back so I threw a pie together with some left over beef casserole and potatoes and then went for a long soak in the tub, DS had bought me a lush rabbit bath bomb for Easter bless him.

We have now had tea and I'vealso had a couple of beers and feel very sleepy, think I will be off to bed soon.

Sainsbugs have kindly sent me a voucher code for £15 off a £50 spend :j, so Ive quickly done a meal plan (this weeks slightly tweaked) and have placed and order which came to £60, so £45 after voucher with a £1 delivery slot, this is coming on Tuesday, fingers crossed I havn't missed anything off It would be lovely to come in £30 under budget (me thinks not I'm bound to have forgotten something).

Tomorrow we are off to the local Uni, they have a fantastic sports centre so we all going swimming.

Hope everyone is ok and enjoying the Easter weekend.

Sounds like a lovely day planned for tomorrow!! You can swim at a Uni!?! I am going to ring our local sports centre as they ignored an email about mini tramps and mini movers starting this holiday so want to know if I can get Jelly in to burn off some energy.

Yay to voucher! They sent me one which was £55 off 5 shops and free delivery for 4 of them. Problem is I just don't buy enough in there to make it worthwhile! So will stick to my Mr A click and collect!! ;)

Bless DS and the bath bomb. that is adorable!!

Fingers crossed for the rental being completed soon :) and getting sold quickly. In laws still giving you grief? xx

Uni is great they have a huge sports centre open to the public, they do kids swimming lessons, they have a huge climbing wall, football pitches etc all of which the general public can hire.

In laws are not being too bad at the minute I think DH ha had a stern word, but I've not asked.

When my 2 were jelly's age they went to something similar to tumble tots at the local sports centre, lots of dancing, climbing, jumping etc and really wore them out.

    Hi Penny :)

Used your referral link for Viewsbank. Hope you have a relaxing weekend. Take care
  • Evening all, just a quick one as nothing much going on today.

We went to the uni this morning and used he sports centre, had a great time and DH paid :D, which means it's been a NSD.

All meals today have been from stores, cereal for brekkie, poached eggs and toast for lunch and \I whacked a curry in the slow cooker this morning, we had it with chips and rice tonight and it was delish.

Managed to get 3 loads of washing hung out and dry today, does mean I will need to iron it all tomorrow though.

6 items have been listed on £bay and 2 have bids already, will try and get a few more bits listed tomorrow.

Few surveys done, but no payouts, not made any pennies today:(.
Hope everyone is ok, take care.x.
  • Afternoon all, hope everyone is ok and had a lovely Easter Sunday.

Spent yesterday feeling under the weather, achy, light headed and feeling sick. feeling bit better today but not 100%.

Didn't really do much yesterday, DH took DD out on a hack, which both she and the pony enjoyed, we watched some films, whist the kids demolished countless Easter eggs and ended the day with a beautiful Lamb roast (well what I could eat of it was).

Today has been a spendy day, DD wanted a lift to town as she was going shopping with her friends and DH was at work , so I took DS to the cinema to see Home, it was a nice surprise for him as I didn't tell hi we were going he thought we were just dropping DD off and that I had to get a couple of bits of shopping, so he was really excited when I turned into the cinema, did cost me £17 for the 2 of us and a coffee for me,I sneaked DS a drink and sweets in my handbag.
had an hour to kill after film so took DS to macdonalds so spent another £8ish, DS won an ice cream sundae an a portion of fries on the monopoly game, so he has saved them for next time we go into town as a free little treat (he is getting money savvy).

I also spent £2 in wilko's on hamster food and dishcloths and £1.50 in superrdrug on hair conditioner, I nipped into M&S whilst in town and they had some lovely spring tops, but was good and walked out empty handed.

    Take care.x.
