Hi Guys, laptop has been fixed, thank goodness I felt as though I had lost a limb.


What a week, Tenant left property and it's been left in a real state, thankfully we went through an agent who have been photographing damage and writing reports, the list is endless to the damage that has been caused.


wallpaper ripped off walls.
light fittings smashed.
carpets soiled with cat wee/poo.
bath panel smashed.
blinds broken or removed.
plaster knocked off walls
filthy dirty from top to bottom
and it goes on and on and on...............................


The cheeky B1tch even had the nerve to ask when she will get her deposit back.


Thank goodness the agents are dealing with it all, because I think I would kill the dirty skanky tramp.


Anyway onto money news, sold a couple of bits on ebay this week making £20, £10 from a survey site, received £3 from mysurv3y and£8.11 from £nvirof0ne all of which has been paid off MrT CC.


I'm sure there is loads more I need to update, but I'm frazzled with all the problems with rental property and not thinking straight.

I have been a tenant for years and would be ashamed to leave property anything less than clean and tidy as I found it. Disgusting behaviour!

Thankyou, I truly believe that 90% of tenants are good people, I sadly ended up with one that wasn't, I'm quite gobsmacked that anyone could/would live in the state she obviously has been doing, it's bad enough if its your own property but when it is someone else's it is so disrespectful.

Hi Lilty, I've not gone through exactlt how much it's going to cost to repair but it will be more than the £800 deposit.


Oh believe me I really feel like hunting her down and killing her, but I'm a big believer in the universe will always pay out and karma will bite this skanky b1tch on the !!!!.

She will never ever get a reference from me, I do know where she has moved to and I know a few people in that area, one who is a huge gossip and knows everything about everyone, I'm pretty sure that everyone in the area will have a detailed account of what she has done by next week .
