hansi,
I stayed on NTL 1mb broadband, declined their 2mb, and am charged only £10.50/month. Not being a big downloader it suits to pay less per month!
I'm so stoopid when it comes to this sort of thing. I'm looking at the NTL website thinking "this can't be right"
Okay, so I'm with NTL for everything.
I'm on 1MB broadband and paying £24.99 per month, but the website says that's the price of 2MB
I also have the 'Family' TV thingy and paying £30 pm for that, yet the website states it's cheaper.
I pay £6 pm for unlimited evenings/weekends. At least we agree on that.
But I don't see any mention of line rental. Is that why I'm paying more for the broadband and the TV package. Do you think the line rental is added in that.
Oh my! Why can't I understand this

Ahhh. I see. It says 1 line Rental with TV Pack £-
So I guess the £30 for the TV includes the phone line rental?
So what about the £24.99 for only 1mb broadband?Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant0 -
You should at the very least be able to get a price reduction,a speed increase or even both!!!
