  • FE so sorry to hear your news ((((HUGS)))) coming your way.

I'm really srtrugglin to keep my eyes open at the mo so hopefully the later I can stay up the better nite sleep I might get, although I doubt it coz I just start feelin sick the minute I lie down and I find it hard to breath when lying!!

I was back at hospital today for a heart trace (of baby) but baby wasn't very willing to jump about so that they could get a reading, so dad decided to start prodding at my belly and that soon got things going!!

  • FE, really sorry to hear your sad news x

I have just got home from the hospital, Midwife sent me in after i had a funny turn this morning. They suspected ruptured waters and a problem with my heart but after being hooked up all afternoon everything seems fine with me and the baby although i am to rest at home and go straight back in if anything changes.

I'm not due for 5 weeks and 5 days but its the second time i have been on the delivery ward so i'm off to bed for a few days!

  • :j Hello girls.

We went round to ours neighbours for drinks and nibbles yesterday evening. She is currently having chemo for bowel cancer. Therefore also has awful indigestion.

She finds that a glass of hot Scwepps peppermint cordial really settles things down. I had to glasses while we were there and it is truly amazing. Having had awful problems all day they settled within 10 minutes and I was able to sleep like a baby except for the usual loo runs.

Comes in a squash type bottle with a blue label. Cordial is clear. Apparently there is only one supermarket about 25mins from us that sells it so you might have to do some searching. But I think searching it out will be worth it!:p
    Baby Boy due 4/3/08

Years ago when pregnant with DD I worked behind a bar and drank this for heartburn. It does work wonders!

ella_ella_ella - take care of yourself...and don't dare have that baby before I do!
