ginvzt - good luck and i hope to see you graduate to the big scary list really soon, i was a 'pee on a stick' addict and needed lots of inexpensive ones so i got my preg tests from ebay, just the little blue and white strips... as they are just whats inside of the more expensive ones anyway, i think my ebay seller was called something like 'fertility friend' very cheap and very fast postage, and i got a VERY VERY faint positive about a week before my period was due, was so faint it almost wasnt there though... could only be seen in a certain light after it had dried out! after a few more days and a lot more tests when i was pretty sure we were definitely onto something i splashed out (pun intended) on a clearblue digital.

Ok, got 5 sticks from fertility plan for £1.89 including postage - how MSE is that???

Can anyone suggest good books to read? There are so many out theer, that I am getting lost in that forest!!!!!

P.S. I am sitting at work and trying to hide what I am doing from my manager, who is going up down the passage way behind my back!!!!

Congrats Ophie, hope the adoption goes through for you.:j

As for me, i'm still here, no show or anything, i'm sitting writing this almost in tears....mornings are the worst for me, i feel so down. I'm now 10 days overdue, and the thought of being induced depresses me even more. I'm really sorry, i don't want to get any one else as down as me, i have honestly tried everything. Floodgates have opened now. Gonna have to go, don't want the kids seeing me like this.

Hang on in there jojo - it can't be long now. I'm crossing my fingers for you today. XX

Know how you all feel about the too near to XMAS b'daything though - my DS's is in November and even that is carp really...the present is always more expensive (and then miraculously half price two months later) and there is no chance of boucy castles etc ... now he's nearly 10 we do the civilised cinema and a pizza thing but it was a pain when he was a littley - he still feels deprived now really however much we try and make up for it.

I hope this one comes near halloween - great party time !!

on that note congrats to my birth date buddy renstar - would like to say wish it was me but still have'nt got my tens machine or done the nesting thing yet and the house is a tip so I'm holding him in until I'm actually ready. (umm maybe not such a good idea with me though he'll still be in there next year if I was to wait until I was ACTUALLY ready!

Thanks ladies, i have pulled myself together, the huge box of rapidly depleating celebrations next to me has helped, and enrique iglesias (jr) playing in the background-how does he compare to richard and david? I wouldn't say no.

I hope you're at least feeling better by the time you read this, or better yet things are happening for you - I know I am being an impatient cow myself right now, but for 8.5 months I convinced myself I would be calm as the date neared and not fret about 'when' - I am, I know, which is silly on so many levels - the bathroom needs a good clean for a start ;). It's an 'estimated' due date after all and the baby doesn't care what day it is. In France, full term is 41 weeks, so if you lived there you'd be a mere 3 days over. And I know you want the baby out as much as any of us here but you still have control and choice over induction etc. I cringe at the thought of a school run every day with people staring and wondering how much longer you can possibly have to go!

I hereby promise that a few years from now when I am taking the as yet unborn and unnamed LO to school, never to stare at any pregnant women, and to offer tea and cake to any looking harrassed and fed up. Signed fac x

Ate a curry last night - so much for not fancying them. Well we have not long moved so it's only polite that we should try out what's in the area - good for the economy isn't it? OH bought home a pineapple last night. Haha.

    Haha.

It does look more like an orgy, and if you hover over it, it says 3some, but i know what you mean.
Thanks again, you've put a smile back on my face.:D
