you could post on freecycle i have seen lots of baby stuff on there. also friends and family might have some things you could borrow - maybe drop hints about your tight budget LOL
i am a student so know what its like trying to be frugal with the spend but we are lucky in that parents have helped us with the big spends and we set up a bank account, saved £20 a week and then went shopping when i was about 34 weeks for things.
we seem to have soooooo much stuff just need the baby now come on hurry up!!

thanks, i just posted a wanted add. Also i found this site. http://www.budget-bumps.co.uk/acatalog/index.html I am loving the belly panels, i am thinking of buying these so i can get more use out of my normal clothes.

Wow my wonderful daughter was brilliant at taking the news.

i asked her to sit down as i had something to talk to her about, she asked if it was about the baby i said yes she said is it a misscarriage i asked if she knew what that ment and she told me, i said yes to the misscarriage she said i thought you had from your face and also you been carrying sanitry towels in your handbag, kids cant hide nothing from them. she was a bit upset about it but is happy we will try again, as she was picking out names.

now everyone knows its a bit easier and now can move on with the grieving progress..

this has made us stronger as a family which is a good thing to come out of a bad thing..

Thanks again for all your good wishes

Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

as you can see I am only just 4 weeks My period would have been due around now ( my cyle is a little irregular) It was dark red, it looked a lot when i wiped, ( but i know how misleading that can be) I am praying this stops. I miscarried in october 05, and I am dreading having to go through that again. I want my little one to stick around. I am trying to be positive, but i know oh so well what the worst outcome can be.

Just got back from the docs. They have been brill. They saw me first thing this morning. Told me to rest, and booked me in at the early pregnancy unit at the local hospital for Monday at 10 am. They also told me that if the pain or bleeding gets worse to go straight to A&E. She was not too concerned, but i think with me being so early there is not much they can do anyway. She did say that a lot of women get bleeding this early around the time of when their period would have been and go on to have healthy pregnancies, but i know this is not implantation bleeding, it is too deep a red for that.
Now i have convinced myself my pregnancy symptoms have gone

it is a lot of blood, i just went to the bathroom and wipe myself and the toilet tissue was deep red. I am trying to be optimistic, but it does not look hopeful.

Lastly - I've just been nosing at the Book People website as they have some good offers on and spotted a cute Kipper Baby Memory book for £1.99 HERE

Thanks for this post. Mine came this morning. I had some Book people points and used a code for free postage so it cost me a grand total of £0!!

It's great - am thinking of buying another couple to put away for baby gifts.

Big hugs to Rose, lilmrsmullen, try not to worry too much xx

I know being pregnant can heighten your sense of smell but i can smell the salt in some foods, DH has cooked food and i could smell the salt in it, even though he hadn't put any salt in.
I can also tell when someone uses comfort fabric softener, last week one of our engineers was fixing our generator in work and i the moment he walked in i could smell comfort fabric softener, which at the moment knocks me sick
If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.
    ROCK IT DON'T STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BE GOOD OR BE GOOD AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
