You will get a reply if you copy in the CEO Rose, he has a whole office full of people sorting just this kind of thing out for him. I had a similar occurrence and got 15.00 giftcard, although they still could not give me any explanation as to why what I bought came back N/A. Even the promotions manager and the 'PP specialist' don't understand the terms and conditions! Keep calm and persist. XXX
Hey let's keep this emailing the CEO thing amongst friends:D:D

No tax, No mot.
What about insurance DM ?
Also looking at car prices on gumtree.
A 2.2 diesel auto or a 3.2 v6 petrol auto ?
The diesel is more expensive to buy and to fuel but does more mpg.
The petrol is cheaper to buy and fuel but does less mpg.
Over 5 years which equates to the better buy on 5000 miles a year ?
No income tax, no V.A.T...0 -

Unless the diesel is over 10 years old you forgot to say.
Back then no issues with DMF, DPF, EGR and turbo failure.0 -

My math includes purchase, insurance, tax, mot, servicing, fuel, breakdown cover and parking permits.
After 5 years the diesel is £24,500 all in and the petrol £25,500.
Think that the petrol figure maybe a little low as i'm prone to opening the taps on my current 2.5 v6, with a 3.2 the temptation would be near impossible to resist.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -
complaining : I don't like to complain, I like to stay invisible and under the radar. I have complained on a couple of occasions, once for being double charged for my shopping in As and once for something I cant even remember now but not about flaws on the PP or APG systems.
Theres seem to be a real lack of 'taking it on the chin' when things don't go to plan lately. There's not a day goes by without people ringing up to complain when things don't go their way. We all know the system isn't perfect and are quite happy to benefit when it's wrong in our favour. So why complain when it goes wrong the other way? Either take the hit or take the goods back I say. Not aimed at anyone at all just my two pence worth0 -

Its still a fine line, as the diesel will cost more to service and parts. But yes, a valid point.
(unless you are running it on 90p a litre veggy oil;))“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
