Just thinking about all the chat about complaining etc. when lurking before I posted on this thread one of the things I understood clearly was picking the right argument with cs and staying under the radar.

I do mostly do seperate shops that's why I keep getting these ridiculous slips of paper saying I have saved ridiculous amounts.

Trouble is I am in such a rush lately that I don't always have time to split as someone is waiting for me to get back to mum, so it's annoying the few full priced things may have given me something back.

Feel much better for knowing what bilge means now, so am going to have to go and do something constructive in RL for half hour as got to be back 4.30pm.

Time does fly when you are having fun even if you are not in the same room.
