  • DH has a cheese sandwich and cuts a 1 inch thick slice  I go nuts as he can eat a great big ruddy block all by himself in one go!

I love the fact you ate the mars though :rotfl: I get back from the gym and do the same! I probably eat more calories than I've burned :rotfl:

Well what a glorious day, I hope it lasts. Not a very money saving week, hubbys car had its M.O.T. ( it passed ) :T but it still cost £70 :( plus its road tax was due, all in the same week . My cars' M.O.T. is due at the end of July, I know it needs a new tyre which I think is being changed this week but Im really hoping it passes and doesnt need anything doing, we're off to Norfolk for a week at the beginning of August so could do without dipping into our spending money.

Ive been baking again hope you like them x

Hi DFW must admit I really enjoyed that Mars Bar!:D Not eaten the cheese, in fact, not eaten anything. Maybe a good argument a day will help me slim!

Hi Karen, do you sell your cakes? (I'm sure you must as they are soooo beautiful!) :) I couldn't decide which design I liked best - the more I look the more I see that I like!

Anyway, my grumpy mood has made me do some cleaning (think I needed to let off some steam in a constructive way). The junk cupboard is now cleared, have cleaned all the cat's bowls and mats and [STRIKE]bribed[/STRIKE] asked the girls to help with the polishing in return for an ice lolly. Calming down now.....just hope hubby doesn't mention the ruddy cheese when he gets back.:rotfl:

I really think you should Karen. I know a few people who make cupcakes etc. and to be honest yours are the most beautiful I have ever seen :) . I'm not surprised word of mouth is spreading!

Oh, and in other news 'Cheesegate' is officially over. :D We've called a truce - hubby has promised not to be patronising and I have promised to let him help me on my 'healthy eating plan' by cooking for me.:)

That's very nice of you to say Hari-Bear. X

I don't like cheese but hubster loves it , I do get annoyed when he can munch his way through a 1kg block in a week, cheese isn't cheap!
