So I managed to stay away from Tesco for 5 days, partly to prove to OH that I was not addicted to Tescos but today I had to go.

I've been pacifying the need to buy toiletries by going to sainsburys and buying the Mitchum deodarant for £1.32 and using the print off £1 coupons, usually two or three each time I went but sadly the offer finished this week.

So in Tesco today I did two shops each using 2 or 3 of the 40p Colgate to buy the little 29p tubes of toothpaste plus on both shops, 4 packs of the facial wipes for £1.49 with £3.80 bogof and using the £1.25 coupon from the quit packs off toiletiries. I did these as part of my other shop with loads of other coupons. So I am well beyond help, I still need to buy toiletires from Tesco each time i go shopping.

The facial wipes I have found a good use for as botty wipes - we used to use the baby wipes but these are just as good and they can be spilt in two so they last twice as long :rotfl:

Yes its not the Mitchum coupons that have expired but the Sainsbury special offer price of £1.32 for the spray. I am now going to see if my coupons work in Wilkinsons or Boots

Didnt know there was an offer on! :( The aerosols in Wilkinsons are £1.99 and the small roll ons are now £1.35 each. Got a couple of each this morning and the vouchers worked! :D

I too admit I am a hopeless H&B addict, and succumbed to buying H&B today, with just the QK vouchers. :o

My reasoning was that I needed cheapo mouthwash and cotton pads anyway, so by adding 2x BOGOF Aquafresh to them, and using the 2x 40p and £1.25, I got the toothpaste for free and a few pennies off the stuff I actually wanted.

Not as good as getting everything for free, but still better than paying full price. :)

Ok, Stoke is not my home patch but I have had success in both the stores I've tiried. I've always been at on Saturdays and always aimed for student ideally boys on the till. But having said that I've not done my main weekly big shop, mainly top up shops when the health and beauty and healthcare coupons were about so half of the coupons I use where Tescos anyway and I had bought the correct products.

I've tried the Hanley city centre one and that was fine, seemed to prefer all different ones, also Longton, huge store with cheap petrol station and good clothing section. The one to avoid seems to be kidsgrove, very bad reports about Kidsgrove.

Not quite in Stoke but nearby, dont bother with Stafford. They have a strict one coupon per transaction policy, all day everyday, every cashier. So if you have a £2.50 coupon and your shopping is £3 you are on the winning side but your £2.50 coupon wont make a dent in a big shop

    Hope this helps a little
