Had a bit of a nightmare tonight as I had worked out my healthcare shop 4p short so had to dash off and get a packet of paracetamol. Till would still only accept 1 of the £1 off £4 from peach leaflets and £2 off £8 but couldn't be bothered to argue as had also been running around with the Tesco kids glitter aftersun gel (pink packaging)

Re the aftersun, someone had posted that it was scanning at 39p instead of £2.99 so I got one and asked him to scan for me first. Sure enough it was 39p so I ran off to get another 5 tubes. These tubes all scanned at £2.99:eek:
After a bit of discussion I got all 6 for 39p each. There are two different bar codes and slightly different packaging, the 39p ones have a rounded top and the barcode is 010204 562872. The flat top ones with barcode 051277 379394 scan at £2.99 so be careful, a bargain if you find the right ones and good for car boots I would think.

    HTH:T

Yes I posted this the other day but my store only had the ounded top ones!

(also see post 1 for details of points etc)

If you buy the Tesco own deep cleansing wipes at £1.49, the BOGOF deducted is £1.90 [the price of the exfoliating ones]

how r people getting rid of SB £2.50 before 24th?? got a couple left but nothing to combine with - feels wrong to use it on its own!!! but its still a bargain getting

    6 x dove shampoo @ £1.91 x 6 = 11.46 minus 5.73 bogof minus 2.50SB = £3.23 for 6 shampoos.

why does that not feel like a bargain??? when it blooming well is!

Its because we have all got so used to getting toiletries etc for free or nearly :D

I am in a quandary as I have about 30 Sb vouchers plus the same in Quit vouchers but only 10 Hb. I am wondering if I can go into tesco and only buy Hb and use the specific vouchers and do about 5 sets at a time?

do you think they would allow me?

I know I would have to add milk or something as I would end up in credit but I really want to get the best use of the vouchers while they are still in date!

It doesn't help that on the beauty aisle, there are about another 100 So Beautiful booklets just sitting there waiting to be used :rotfl:

I was also thinking of buying 2 of the £5 perfumes to try out with the vouchers, even if they smell horrible (as I found out when I bought the £5 vanderbilt, urgg, disgusting!)

All my SB vouchers are gone and I don't have many H&B left but I am tending to use my quit last as they have the longest expiry dates.

    Afternoon all,

Just wanted to check my calculations are correct before I rush over to Tesco:

    4x Radox handwash @ 1-66 [3-32]
    4x Tesco facial wipes @ 1-49 [2-16 after glitch]
    = £5.48

    1x 2.50 wys £10 B&T
    1x £1 wys £4 Toiletry
    2x £1.25 wys £5 B&T

    = 52p credit towards shopping

    Thanks in advance:)

Are you kidding me? How lucky are you? If you are feeling a strong urge to pick some up, I would be most grateful, unfortunately, my local Tesco never have any of these coupons.
